Cookie policy
Last updated:
This document is a working draft prepared with the website. Sections marked “Pending legal confirmation” must be reviewed and completed by the foundation and its legal adviser before publication.
No tracking cookies
In its current configuration, spectrafoundation.eu does not set any cookies — neither for analytics, advertising nor tracking. That is why you see no cookie banner.
Your language choice is kept in the page address (/en or /ro), not in a cookie.
Local session storage
To avoid repeating the short introductory animation, the website stores a single flag in your browser’s session storage. It contains no personal data, is never sent to our servers and is deleted when you close the tab.
If this changes
If we decide to use analytics in the future, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent before any non-essential cookie or similar technology is used.
