Who is responsible
The controller of personal data processed through this website is FUNDAȚIA SPECTRA (public name: SPECTRA FOUNDATION), based in Romania.

What we collect
Contact form: your name, email address, optional organisation, the subject you select and your message.
Technical data: like any website, our hosting provider automatically processes technical information (such as IP address, browser type and time of request) to deliver pages and protect the service from abuse.
To protect the contact form from bulk submissions, the IP address a message is sent from is kept temporarily, only in the server’s memory, for about 10 minutes. It is not stored in a database and is not included in the message we receive.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking technologies in the default configuration of this website.
Why we use it
We use contact-form data only to read and answer your message and, where relevant, to discuss the collaboration you propose. Technical data is used to operate and secure the website.

Who receives it
We do not sell personal data or share it for marketing. Data is processed on our behalf by the following providers:
Website hosting: Vercel Inc. (USA), vercel.com.
Delivery of contact-form messages: Resend, Inc. (USA), resend.com. Your message is sent as an email to the foundation’s inbox.
The foundation’s mailbox: Proton Mail, operated by Proton AG (Switzerland), proton.me. Switzerland is covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission.
Pending legal confirmation
Vercel and Resend are US companies. The transfer mechanism that applies to each (for example, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses) and the data-processing agreements are to be confirmed by the legal adviser.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing and to data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro).
